The International FoodTec Award, the most prestigious prize for innovations in the world of food technology, is being presented for the eleventh time this year. From among the numerous submissions received, the international Jury of Experts has selected 20 innovations as winners of an Award in Gold or Silver. The International FoodTec Award honours successful realisations of innovative concepts in the fields of process technology, including process measuring and control technology, automation and robotics, filling and packaging technology, environmental engineering, biotechnology, process management including software solutions, logistics, food safety and quality management.
